my story |for the love of loving

I remember my parents blue station wagon. I was in the front seat with my Mom and she said to me that she wanted better surroundings for me and she is sending me to live with my grandmother in Miami FL. I had became very seclusive very quiet very sad... Not understanding why but what I do know is that Meditation has been with me all my life and has helped me to understand that it was nothing but love that my parents were acting to protect me. But I continue meditating that's all I know. "DISCOVERY'

As I gazed into the ocean I was hypnotized with the beauty nature has to offer and soon I fell in love with Interior Design here I share my love with beauty and art. I have a great deal of passion in bringing beauty into the world through my eyes of design.

Attended Fashion Institute of Technology, for Interior Designer then graduating with Master's from Baltimore School for the Arts in Architecture. New York & Florida Real Estate Lic., Certified: Health Coach of Institute of Integrative Nutrition, Meditation Teach with Deep Chopra, Breath Instructor, former, Mangrove Marina, Drop Anchor Resort Hotel Owner. Founder.Owner of House of Interiors.

My love for the arts is my passion but food is were my soul is... were Im the happiest...feeding the soul they say...When It come's from garden to table. I explore different cultures one that is close to my heart are blue zones countries we're people live over 100 years of age the principal movements our body movements and clean food we will be exploring more throughout this site and recipes for you and your family and friends to enjoy.

As I started studying for a Nutritional Health Coach I had no idea how it would impact my life it is my stone my life jacket if your primary foods (relationships) are not met. Then even eating a bowl of Broccoli every day won't  make you healthy meaning your secondary foods. I enjoy helping people understand the importance of talking, listening, sharing, eating, crying, playing together, balance enjoying your journey.
